Root + Holler is a family-owned business that prides itself on offering locally raised, all natural meats and seasonal heirloom vegetables to regional restaurants, health food stores, private customers and to those who believe that food grown with love tastes the best! All of our offered products are raised on our microfarm or by other local farmers in Southeast Missouri.

Wholesale Meats

Root + Holler offers wholesale pricing to restaurants, caterers, grocers, health food stores, and private chefs throughout the St. Louis Metro area and Southeast Missouri.  We deliver our premium pork, lamb, goat and beef cuts every Thursday.  For more information on our offerings and pricing, contact Mike.

Among Vista Ramen's cuts are pig's feet, pork bellies, pork shoulders, pork snouts and tongues, beef tongue, beef hearts, beef cheek, beef sirloins, and organic potatoes.
